Cancellation Policy

At GET SEO TECH, we are committed to providing you with the best technology solutions and services for your growth. However, we also understand that your needs may change. Therefore, the following cancellation policy is established to ensure a transparent and clear process that protects the rights of both parties.

1. General Provisions for Cancellation

You have the right to request the cancellation of your active subscription at GET SEO TECH at any time. When you initiate a cancellation, your service will not be disconnected immediately; it will continue to remain active until the final day of your current billing cycle.

2. How to Cancel Your Service

To prevent the system from automatically renewing and charging your payment method for the upcoming cycle, you must cancel your service at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date. You can choose one of the following two methods:

Direct Cancellation via Dashboard: Log in to your GET SEO TECH account, navigate to Settings > Billing, and select “Cancel Subscription”. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Cancellation via Email Support: Send a cancellation request email from your registered email address to: hello@getseotech.com. Our technical team will receive and process your request.

3. Free Trial Terms

For accounts currently on a free trial period (e.g., a 7-day free trial), if you do not wish to continue using the service, you must cancel before the trial period expires. This ensures your payment method will not be charged for a paid subscription. If you cancel during the trial period, your account will not incur any charges, and access will be revoked once the 7-day period ends.

4. Refund Policy

GET SEO TECH strictly enforces a no-refund policy for all successfully paid subscription plans.

We do not offer prorated refunds if you decide to cancel your service midway through an active billing cycle.
You will retain full access to use all features of the service until your current billing cycle officially concludes.

5. Data Management Post-Cancellation

After the billing cycle of your canceled service officially closes:

All active campaigns, automated features, and optimization tools running on your account will be paused.
GET SEO TECH will store and preserve all your data and project configurations for a grace period of 30 days.
Beyond this 30-day timeframe, to ensure information security and privacy, all your project data may be permanently deleted from our servers without the possibility of recovery.
